Getting a medical certificate in country (Temp Visa)

Post by Hamfunk » Mon Aug 19, 2019 5:42 pm

Hello all,

New to the forums! Moved from Scotland to Chile a few weeks ago, and now realise I need a medical certificate to apply for a visa.

Can anyone advise if this is possible in country and how I would go about it?

All help appreciated, thanks in advance.

you don't need a medical certificate to apply for a visa from inside the country.

in fact, you don't need one outside the country either. it is some made-up, very old, regulation that some of the consulates advertise on their web sites for no good reason.
