Homebrewers

Post by Curtez » Fri Aug 09, 2019 10:14 am

Hey everyone

Was seeing if anyone else here likes to homebrew beer/wine/mead.
I have been trolling the internet emailing individuals, groups, events etc. but to no avail without response.
Looking for other individuals who enjoy the hobby/art/profession as I.
Cheers and happy Friday!

yea, I use to be in to brewing my own beer.

Now I got a microbrewery 2 km down the road from me in Frutillar that makes a fine IPA, Belgium, and a few others brews along with one of the better cheese burgers in Chile. Hard to justify all the time and expense to do it at home.

I used to brew a bit before we had the kids. Got reasonably good at partial grain, producing some nice IPAs etc. Might get around to it again at some point, but there is a constant deluge of things to do & worry about...

It's also true that we have a relatively decent local brewery now.
