I'm looking to restock my coffee supply, and this outfit has what I use (not available locally). Has anyone on the Forum done business with them? And how safe is Mercado Libre for online purchase with credit card?

Don't know the vendor, but Mercado Libre is secure for online purchases. I have purchased countless items (50-100 from a wide range of vendors) on Mercado Libre - Whenever I have had a problem, they have returned the money.
If it is a professional vendor (ie not a private person) and they have decent rating, then I would not worry. Keep in mind that Chileexpress and other delivery services have been completely overworked lately, so you might have some delay before the goods actually arrive.

just make sure your MERCADO PAGO account is valid here in chile and not used by other countries Mercado libre

I recently had a very good experience buying coffee from montañes.com on Mercado Libre. Will go back when I need more.
