which "C"...

In Chile, when the old, crazy, and infirm are institutionalized and set out in a wheelchair on the patio to drool all over each other they are referred to as “locos de patio”. This is where we keep our locos de patio on the All Chile Forum.

I can see them heading to Croatia. A place on the Adriatic is breathtaking and the Croation craft beer is good & cheap!

Well G&J, you could also add the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands to the list. :) While it's a US territory, it is considered its own country in various international organization.

You could always come back to China for a spell.....I know a school hiring....

:) I am dropping you a PM as well.

Cuba is high on my list, but Columbia is more likly for my next vacation. Got a lot more friends in Columbia that I have been threatening to visit for years, and most of them owe me a resoprocity tour after visits to Chile.

sorry r~s... the "C" there doesn't make the cut!

some very interesting speculation so far from the patio...
patience - we'll seek a few more votes...
in due time, our rationales and "C"hoice will be forthcoming...

some fascinating speculation here so far...
cuba currently heads the list w/ 33% of the vote.
indeed, g~ has been fond of good cuban rum and a fine cigar on occasion...
but - continue your pondering for a few more weeks...
on 01 apr. the poll will conclude and the winner(s) announced
and perhaps even some rationale will be revealed!
