Job Opportunity - South Chile

In Chile, when the old, crazy, and infirm are institutionalized and set out in a wheelchair on the patio to drool all over each other they are referred to as “locos de patio”. This is where we keep our locos de patio on the All Chile Forum.

Is it legal, in Chile, to advertise a job for a specific nationality? If so, shades of my boyhood days in Northern Ireland -- where it was perfectly acceptable to place an add for "Protestants" only, or in rare cases, "Catholics" only.

New zealand experienced :) dont care what country they are from! Passport requirement is to filter out those who qualify easily for chilean visas vs don't! (oh and was copied from a NZ ad, where immigration status is legitimate for a requirement for a job)

Reason i posted to the forum is there are a number of new zealand experienced farmers lurking on the forum who may have friends or family wanting to make the move.

anyway edited the ad below saying anyone who can enter the country on the visa waiver program..

There are a large number of immigrants in nz from countries not on the chilean waiver program who may have the experience, but may not have the NZ Passport yet, therefore would have to apply for a visa outside of chile and may take a long time to get it!
