I Wonder

In Chile, when the old, crazy, and infirm are institutionalized and set out in a wheelchair on the patio to drool all over each other they are referred to as “locos de patio”. This is where we keep our locos de patio on the All Chile Forum.

I Wonder

Post by RuneTheChookcha » Mon Oct 28, 2019 12:38 am

I wonder how many times you've been had
And I wonder how many plans have gone bad
I wonder how many times you had sex
I wonder do you know who'll be next
I wonder I wonder, wonder I do
I wonder about the love you can't find
And I wonder about the loneliness that's mine
I wonder how much going have you got
And I wonder about your friends that are not
I wonder I wonder, wonder I do

Re: An Old Fart Who Loves Old Laptops...

Post by greg~judy » Mon Oct 28, 2019 10:50 am

dearest rune - are you really an "old fart" now...
is such love as you describe your new calling in life...?
if so, we fervently wish you find great satisfaction (and at least minimal remuneration) in such pursuits...

it seems a long way from the rune we once knew...
who once used to sit, pondering in a open field...
under a volcano...

but listen --- g~j have a problem...
a samsung 305U 11.6" Ultraportable Notebook...
still with a not-quite-authentic win7 os...

fwiw, this was bought in a mall in hat yai, maybe in 2012...
it has served us well, over many years...
until beer was spilled on the keyboard...

but this samsung remained faithful in its service (keyboard notwithstanding)...
i must rely upon the win7 to run my acdsee photoprogram (ver.12)...
please understand - there is NO substitute for this program (in my humble estimation)...

i will now get to the point...
i wish to replace the keyboard in said samsung...
might this be possible = it might make life easier = please advise...
