== PRELIMINARY EARTHQUAKE REPORT ==

Region: LOS LAGOS, CHILE
Geographic coordinates: 41.078S, 73.663W
Magnitude: 4.8
Depth: 10 km
Universal Time (UTC): 4 Nov 2014 11:44:49
Time near the Epicenter: 4 Nov 2014 08:44:49
Local standard time in your area: 4 Nov 2014 07:44:49

Location with respect to nearby cities:
45 km (27 mi) WSW of Purranque, Chile
52 km (32 mi) W of Frutillar, Chile
62 km (38 mi) WNW of Puerto Varas, Chile
71 km (44 mi) SW of Osorno, Chile
886 km (549 mi) SSW of Santiago, Chile

It moved our house sufficiently, that I got out just in case there were more to follow. I had some friends on the other side of town that felt nothing, and some friends that live just a few km from them that really felt.
