What is the deal, is the ARI Market the former ASI or ASSI market, I'm confused
Anyways, I finally found my fix of FRESH probiotic genuine made (thanks to the large Correano expat population) kimchi in my excursion into Santiasco today.
Muy rico and compares to the fresh Korean Supermarket bought kimchi in LA, CA USA.

There are a few places in Antonia López de Bello on Recoleta where I get my kimchi fix, and one of them is named Asimarket. I'm not sure if it's the same one you're referring to, though.

Could you please provide the address of that place. I must have some kimchi!

Refrigerated section, storefront colored blue, kind off across the street from the China House supermarket (their competition in packaged imported Asian foods) on calle Antonia López de Bello in the Recoleta sector of Santiasco, I mean Santiago...

I didn't measure the weight before I started enjoying but it may be 850 grams + at a price of 10.000 pesos.
This place also sells canned (I did not check origin) and bottled from Taiwan (so not Korean) kimchi.

Those directions are from 2017 and I did not find this place from the photos and Google map locations. But in relation to the China House supermarket, across the street there is a K mart small supermarket place and then further past in the high 200ish address zone the ARI Market (blue storefront) where I bought my fresh kimchi.

Yeah, they've changed their storefront since then. But there are a bunch of stores in that area, and that's your best shot. This Asimarket is currently next to a tea shop if I'm not mistaken.

Oh my, my... Kimchi was so good, 5-star rating from me. I love all kinds of fermented and spicy food and this was incredible. We have mastered making the sauerkraut and ginger/lemon kombucha but I was not able to do kimchi as good yet. One day I will.

Of course, don't want to be talking to strangers/clients/etc. after consuming
I did some research and yes ASSI/ASI/ARIMarket are the same entity through the years.
