Someone Owes Me a Drink

Post by danicamila » Sun Dec 16, 2012 11:54 am

hahaha.... I wish I could remember who it was that said I would not last for 5 years. The person promised to buy me drinks if I did. Well, time to pay up buddy! I've been here in Arica for over 6 years and have only left the country to go to Peru to renew my tourist visa (1 day trips) and vacation in Bolivia (7 days), so that more than qualifies as 5 years in country :)

I had to change my username for this forum because I forgot what the old one was.

That would be me.

The OP said, "The person promised to buy me drinks". You must buy drinks, and send the drinks by courier post to the North, and not deposit money.

I had no idea that anyone responded to this.
Still in Chile. I now have 11.5 years of continuous living here in the north.
I moved to the interior a few years ago, as Arica became a bit much for me.
My husband bailed and went back to nyc. The rural life did not suit him at all.
I built a small house here in Codpa. I raise some livestock, grow veggies and some fruit.
I am currently training my 7 month old black lab for search and rescue work.
I'm a happy camper.

Dang, this forum is making feel old.

There you go.

People complain about all the complaining on this forum. People in chile without a lot of problems to solve, tend to not need to hang out on the forum.
