could chile buy the F-35? future of the Chilean military

Anything at all (keep it clean) goes here that does not fit in to any of the other forums.

That´s a very large chip you have on your shoulder fraggle and it´s not the first time. You know nothing of my military service and I´m not about to spell it out here.
Regardless, bye all, it´s off this forum for me!

yea, the neighbor's all seem to have trouble keeping their shit together sufficiently long to every be a viable threat to chile.

Is Lima burning yet?

Between Peru and Argentina crisis, Bolivia is looking oddly stable.

my concern is, as has happened for example during the Argentina dictatorship, in an attempt to turn the focus off domestic problems, one of the nieghbors decided to pick a fight with chile. Evo has been blaming chile for years for all its problems, just he has for the most part stuck to mostly political stunts in the international courts.

looks like peru has possibly 2-3 presidents, and somewhere between no congress and 2 congress. military seems to be backing, the 1st president, and as Mao was fond of saying, "all power flows from the barrel of a gun" (just sometimes it blows up in your face).

Well, that's me told!
Thing is I wasn't even targeting him; I've only read and responded to the IVA-related (and well off-topic) posts here.

1. They´re shamelessly dishonest, come clean, admit they dont´ issue facturas, they tricked you, and run with the money.
I haven't seen anyone here yet, who's honest enough to admit when they've been dishonest. Except maybe once, but I caught him by surprise, so he fessed up and returned my tree pruner. Otherwise he wouldn't have gotten any more work from me.

2. The most common is to buy some time, claim their printer is being fixed or some other pathetic excuse, saying they´ll deliver or email the factura in a couple of days, then stop taking your calls.
Yeah, stalling and pathetic excuses are what I usually see. I don't believe anything anymore, unless/until I see it.

The most common is factura promised but never delivered and the IVA pocketed.
How does that one work? I don't think anyone's tried it on me yet.
Then you have not met many of the vast numbers of amateurs here that think they have what it takes to be successful and respected (or just dont give a shit, I'm still analyzing them) .
I'm still analyzing that too, and I think it would be a good topic for a new thread. I've been thinking about starting one for a long time.

You will never see a factura unless you operate an IVA-registered business of some sort.
I don't have one of those, so that would explain it:)
