Hello! My wife and I sent a package containing containing basic multivitamins and purses to her family friend in Chile back in October and she still hasn't received it!
They first held it for a while, they requested taxes to release it, she paid them. They held it again and requested a doctor's prescription for the basic multivitamin and she obtained that and sent it to them, but as far as we can see it still hasn't been sent.
The tracking for the package has seems to have been cleared out and according to Correos Chile because it's been over 6 months with no claim they're no longer responsible. Did they literally just steal our money and package?

With Correos very possible especially if delivery was to a domicilio instead of a casilla at Correos.
Que será, será.
