that is my take. i have not been following it that close, so i probably got a lot of it wrong. even if i got that mostly right, the law could change a lot by the time it comes out the other side of congress and gets implemented.

speak of the devil.

here is what seems like a first case ever by an individual to demand the return of their money from the (current) AFP system, based on the private property provisions of the constitution.
