We are thinking of buying an apartment in Las Condes. Due to the limited budget, we have to make trade-offs between the location and the house locations. What do you think that the buyers value the most for an apartment in Chile. Because we may sell or rent out the apartment in 5-10 years.

You have to be a lot more specific about your situation and goals to hear back something that makes sense to you. From my experience, Santiago may seem like a big place, but in fact is a very, very small place, and every street, block and building have a reputation that you need to know.

Yea, that is a bit of a 'how long is a piece of string' type question.
We need a lot more details to even start to point you in the right direction (e.g. how much can you spend, type, location, size, old vs. new, etc).
