Buying property in Valpo-----Get a VERY good lawyer if you do to look over the inscripcion of the property-----Many times properties fall into inheritence or multiple owners over the years, its too costly to do a complete new inscription, or deed to the property so the concerned can make "notes" on the original document in what the call "en margin" and its cat herding to find it all and if a lawyer misses it, its your problem-----gotta get all that signed off and it could be a dozen people----very common in Valpo as it's an old city and people just live on in the least expensive way they can-----be very careful and get a VERY good lawyer
