looking for apartment for long-term rent

Hello everybody

We are married couple moving to Santiago for living. I have Cedula already.

We are looking for 1-2 bedroom apartment in Providencia, Niñoa, Las Condes. Should be in good condition, relatively new and close to subway. around 40-45 sq.m. Pricing is below 350k plus gastos and utility.

We are non-smoking, neat and always taking best care about place where we live. Will be in Santiago from 31st March Friday morning

I doubt it. That's Santiago for you nowadays.....expensive shoe boxes apartments and for entertainment you get to hear the neighbors habits!

Wow, that's the size of my wife's walk in closet in our apt in Santiago, and she complains that it's too small!

Think that you could also make an income of $370000 per month renting your wife's walk in closet...... :lol: :lol:
