There is a revolving theory that she is also a hooker from building employees.
Hyper irregular hours, all cash, nighttime activity coming-and-going, etc.
If that is the cash, that makes the situation even worse as her "boss" or others could get involved.
I thank everyone here for the advice.
Lesson learned: Don't rent to anyone because you have zeroooooo rights.

That is why you do credit and background checks before renting, include clauses stopping the sub-lease of properties, among many other steps when renting.
