Also DELTA, AMERICAN AIRLINES (Pto Principe-Mia- SCL)
I thought all international flights transiting the US, the persons needs to "enter" the States and thus needs a US visa (which ain't happening for Haitians) as the US does not have secure international transit facilities.

Not needed if you are changing flights. We came via Rochester-Toronto-Santiago no canadian visa.

Don't mean to sidetrack the discussion but this is an incorrect example as we are talking a Haitian non resident of the US transiting via the US to get to Chile.

Where do you get that number from? Not from that video - that is just a guy reading this article aloud:

Sorry, I missed your question. That number I got it from someone linked to a high source in the government.

Let's get some answers directly from "the horses mouth" ( is just a saying) because Harry is a Haitian living in Miami. Were you able to get your siblings to Chile and how? Perhaps you may be able to " clear the air".

LAW in reorganization, ALL flights cancelled. GlobalTravel in Santiago closes due to threats from Haitian family members.

Pure coincidence that a new government is sworn in tomorrow.
