I'm going to be realy blunt about this.

Any Haiten citzen reading this forum, do not call us, do not send me watsapp messages, do not send me email.

We can not, and will not help you.

I got Haitens calling none-stop waisting my time with silly b.s. like they want me to get them a driver's license, etc.

Contact the chilean goverment.

admin only caters to able to pay clients with American green backs. No Nigerians nor Haitiens please. How about the Chinos? Macri government is doing the ethnic cleansing of Chinese from Argentina. Are you gettin' many calls from those purged chinos from Argentina perhaps ?

Lots of clients that are chinese, korean, japan, etc. No problem.

They are carefully screened for criminal backgrounds, legit source funds, and a reason to come to chile that involves more than leaching off the goverment and most importantly leaching off of us.

Again, we are not the u.n. refugie agency, the drivers license beuro, or any other goverment agency.

In 15+ years, i have had one legit haiten client, and he owned a company in the u.s.. That was many years ago.

Not touching the political mess around haitians.

I am half inclined to track down bachelet's personal number and give it to them, 'there is this nice lady that has a thing for haitens, and she will help you get a drver's license, let you stay at her house, and who knows what else'.

Well what we suspected seems to be getting rapidly confirmed. The rise in HIV in chile overall, seems to be largly related to the immigration crisis.

Keep in mind, this is simply the notifications by the goverment to people that were tested. A lot of foreigners here illegally dont go to the hospital, or know already they are HIV positive so no point in getting tested.

There was another stat i seen on the morning news, cost of treating hiv in public health system in chile rose 150% last year.

The stupid argument about needing immigrants to increase the gdp of the country gets crushed with every HIV positive immigrant. 1 case of HIV to full blown AIDS in the public health system, has got to be the equivelent of 10, 100, possibly a 1000 low skilled workers contributions to the economy. That is just the hiv, never mind the TB and whatever other untreated illnesses.

And, we are just getting going. The goverment does not even know what it does not know about this recent wave of immigrants. Perhaps once everyone gets some legit papers, they will start trickling in to the health care system so they can at least be monitored.

One way or the other, it is going to cost the country big.

Well there was some progress in stopping the lefty politicians behind this disaster.

The constitional court rejected the case brought to block the implementing of a visa for haitens at the embassy. That was a group socialist party, communist party, members and DC members in congress.

32% of cases identified in january 2018, were foreigners. Venezuelans were the leaders with number of hiv cases, but i supect that is simply of a function of language and that venezuelans had a higher number of legal immigrants than haitens at that point. Colombians were third.

http://m.elmostrador.cl/noticias/pais/2 ... migrantes/

Possibly more disturbing is the number of pregnant hiv cases among foreigners. the sperm donors are still out in the wild.

What, that i dont like that the thousands of uneducated, poor, with questionable contribution to the country were dumped on the streets of chile by a political circle in chile that seems to have one goal in mind, the total destruction of the country anyway they can while enriching themselves?

Thought i made that clear in my first post on this thread.

I honestly believe all the illegal haitens, venezuelans, etc should be deported as they knowingly engaged in a conspiracy to defraud the country. I only support the current amensty as a practical matter. It costs a lot of money to deport that many people.

What will be really interesting is how many of these people are still here in say 5+ years after they get chilean citizenship, or even a couple years when they can move around latin america on just schedula.

Chile just spent a pile of money on a bunch people, that are only here because they could not go anywhere else. As soon as they can go somewhere else they will.

The able bodied, relatively young, that was argued were going to help the economy in the long run will take the stepping stone to the u.s. or europe, or somewhere else. Chile will be left with the poor, the sick, and the problems.
