So perhaps my perspective is not balanced because I was unable to escape the war happening outside my door, but I do not believe your is either.
And two unbalanced perspectives can provide a balanced one:-)

The same thing we commented watching news yesterday. They sure look happy with the guanacos, like it was some big fun waterfight:-)

just to remind allchileans of the two sides to this coin... even as this thread concentrates mainly on one - so the other undeniably exists Indeed it exists and I really admire the students here to try so hard and draw attention to their cause, the overwhelming majority of them not by acts of viole...

But now I will go the cacerolazo at Plaza Ñuñoa, hope that it will be a nice, peaceful protest as others before I witnessed.

There will be illegal protest tomorrow Tuesday August 9 beginning around 6 pm so steer clear of downtown from about 5:30 on if you can except of course for La Tini who will probably be defending the right of masses to gather and riot.
I most probably will. Bonfires! Riots! Destruction! Yeah yeah!
