Re: looking for a romantic restaurant in Santiago!!

Personally I do not think Borago looks "romantic" but if you go down the road for 1 more block before reaching Alonso de Cordoba, there are 2 restaurants that are always packed with coupleas. I dont know their names but one of them has lots and LOTS of herbs planted outside so you'ld def. notice if ...

Re: Tofu~Dofu

Okay, since the question is on Chinese food, here I go... I usually order Tofu (it is not dofu in China, but 豆腐, which pronunciates as... Tofu or Dofu, but it's just direct pronunciation translation, so doesn't really matter) from Master Huang or this other Chinese guy. Both of them delivers to Esta...

Re: Why is there no canned soup in the supermarkets?

I just bought a box of Campbell's Cream of Chichen at 1270/can from the importer where a friend of mine works. There are 48 cannes/box. Not sure how much they are if bought directly from Jumbo but I am told that they do sell through Jumbo. So... I have lots of Cream of Chicken, if anyone wants to bu...

Re: Visit the neighbors?

Oregon Woodsmoke, thanks for the concern, but I think we will be ok. *fingers crossed* It's just the 2 of us, so not much chores to be done at home and most of the time, he treats me well. I am still testing him out of his "responsibility" issues as he tends to think that his only responsibility is ...

Re: Dollhouses sold in Chile?

Ow, Mattel is SOOOO good that I've been visiting them every month since I was 7 years old! :P I have seen dollhouses, just not sure it's of the size that you're looking for. Eitherway like many mentioned, you can always get it handmade (not in Santiago though, it'll cost you alot more). Actually my ...

Damaged by the earthquake, fix?

Hi yall,
Our apartment's several cracks on the wall and we are wondering who should be responsible in getting it fixed or who should we claim to. From what I've heard, there's a 5 years guarantee for all households that is ruled by law. Therefore... humm... any one's undergoing the same thing?
Thanks
