Re: State of emergency and curfews, October 2019

what does any that have to with any of this? there are way cheaper and easier ways to move $22,000, if the money was legal to start. If you are going to those extremes, just to evade taxes, your a moron. Legal or otherwise, there are many easier and cheaper ways to move it. We have cryptocurrencies...

American airlines flight attendants busted transporting large amounts of cash from Chile So it begins https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2019/10/23/us/flight-attendants-money-laundering-charges-miami/index.html So what was their real crime again? Re: State of emergency and curfews, October 2019

Well I am just getting my news from Reddit. There is surprisingly very little in the news about what is happening there. I'm watching a video right now of cops putting looted TVs in the back of their car. Three cops got themselves each a new TV.

Re: State of emergency and curfews, October 2019

All I can say is Way to Go Protesters! I heard about these back on Saturday from my Filipina wife. She had people talking about it on her feed. I thought it was minor before I heard that. I have seen the videos of people getting shot at by the military. /r/completeanarchy is having a field day with ...

Re: The Trump Administration

Now that Hillary has got Jill Stein to demand a recount in 4 states (Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Maine), there just might not be a Trump Administration.

Those with a US address might want to look into Simple Bank. It's kind of like a prepaid bank card but it's owned by BBVA. No fees for the accounts, no fees to transfer between accounts. No international ATM fees. 1% foreign transaction fee They advertise no fees at BBVA atms in Mexico and Spain. I ...

Re: The State of the States

I am reading sporadic reports of supplies which in the past were plentiful and available in the US are now less available. Unfortunately, the US is such a big market, that if a product is not produced for the US market, there might not be the economy of scale to produced it for anyone. Incandescent...

Re: How diffilcult/Easy to start a Mining Business in Chile?

that is because it is dessert. There has never been a lot of lines forming to own dessert anywhere in the World, unless there is something else there (e.g. water, oil, gold, so on). I don't know but I saw a TV show once where they showed a long line in Cuba for ice cream. I also saw a real long lin...

Re: Welcome to the Failure Age!

On the one hand that article was an interesting read, but on the other hand I am not sure it really said anything about anything. I think there was some sort of thesis to it, but not sure. Something like 'the world is changing'. not sure how insightful that is, but anyway... one of the reasons I am...

Nothing. Mostly confirmed my bias. Sometimes I measure others' brilliance based on how close their views align with my own.
