BTW. We are still submitting our daily health reports via email, and so far no-one has actually come here to check up on us ... though on the C19.cl form (travellers sworn affidavit) we had inadvertently provided phone numbers that were incorrect. And there is no way to correct them so far as I can ...

Frozen North, my bad, you are correct! The c19.cl form should be submitted 48 hours before departure. And your news about the availability of PCR tests for travellers through specified pharmacies is very good news indeed. This will save a lot of people a lot of hassle. Timing is everything! We ( both permanent residents) will be arriving in SCL late on Friday having submitted our the Travellers Sworn Statement at the appropriate time and armed with our PCR tests in hand. Following all the rules (!!!) we had planned to drive in a loaner vehicle to our home in Maule...

It is worth checking these websites frequently if you are planning to travel to Chile, as the information does change from time to time, and relying on other people’s experiences may not provide the best guide to re-entering the country without unnecessary bureaucratic hassle.

Admin, I will again submit the following four Gobierno de Chile websites that state that returning citizens or residents must complete a Travellers Sworn Statement and the conditions thereof! Whether or not the submission requirements are generally known, it is not going to hold much water if the go...

And additionally, you will need The Travellers Sworn Statement ( found at www dot cl19 dot cl ) filled out and submitted electronically 48 hours or more before scheduled arrival at SCL.
