Re: The Pinera administration 2.0

Re: New law on keeping pets

Fraggle's idea of screens on doors and windows may be a good one but I don't see why I should make a major investment just because my neighbour belongs to the "Viva Yo!" fan club. Understandable however is to your benefit and I must tell you, it doesn't cost much. It's only a wooden frame with a fly or bug screen sold at Sodimac. The screen door could be a little more but is very simple to do.

Re: one last look

It is easy to buy a house. It might take years to sell one.Even if you find a perfect house, after few months could move next to you a bad neighbour(loud music,drugs...) who could make it even harder to sell.

You can hide from ''geo-political risks of Northern Hemisphere'' but you can't hide from local criminals .....Chile has world class criminals. They are getting better and bolder.Wait until they learn about kidnappings from Colombians.

it's military is the second biggest and strongest in the world. :D :D :D FYI: we have draft back there, every single male knows that the army is huge but it's an outdated disaster with some good parts that show off for the media. There's no plan. The Russian culture is deeply fatalistic and eschatological (see the literature). There's literally no vision of any kind future in modern Russia, only clinging to epic historical times like the WW2 or the imperial period.

The negative selection in the government and the overall inertia are too strong to take a turn from the direction towards crisis.
