Re: cost to have a tile floor installed

I cant remember now how much I’ve paid for this, but I do know that the cost of the adhesive is very high, and can end up costing the same as the tiles. If the installer uses say Bekron, the cost is not too bad, but if for the tiles concerned, he needs to use Bekron DA, it really does work out expe...

Re: cost to have a tile floor installed

According to this:
https://preguntas.habitissimo.cl/pregunta/ceramica
it looks like approximately 4.000 - 7.500 CLP/m2, depending on the details. So if I wanted to have 100 m2 tile floor put in, it should cost 400.000 - 750.000 CLP, plus the cost of materials. Does that sound right?

Does anyone here know how much it costs to have a tile floor installed? Or if there's a website with this kind of information for Chile? Thanks.

When I posted yesterday, at that time I made this picture from the window.
It looks like a smoking volcano in that picture.

Re: The official thread re the future Valpo megaquake

I've been noticing a lot of 6's in the past few days, all around the Pacific. And 3 really close together (close in time and location), just west of Vancouver Island in Canada. Hopefully it's nothing, but it seems unusual.

Re: Visa en Trámite - Now what?

I just just tried and they told me I couldn’t, oh well. They don't always know what they're talking about. Did you try researching on SII.cl? I googled "RUT site:sii.cl" and found stuff like this: http://www.sii.cl/contribuyentes/contribuyentes_individuales/chilenos_extranjero/rol_unico_tributario....

Re: Visa en Trámite - Now what?

I could be wrong, but I don't think it's hard to get a RUT. I think you just need to go to an SII office and ask for one. I think I got mine after I got my first temporary visa. Or maybe even before that, I don't remember for sure.

La Serena, Avda. Francisco de Aguirre. This evening sacked the ground floor of the Hotel Costa Real, and later started a fire. I was there earlier today to catch a bus back home. I've never been inside that hotel, but it always looked nice on the outside. Now the whole area reminds me of a bad part...
