Have just heard a rumour from someone who has a friend living in Punta Arenas that the government has offered a 3% increase instead and this has caused diversion in the strikers. Believe it has been reported by a paper in Chile. Not sure if anyone over that side can provide any more info than we hav...

Okay latest on travel here, we believe that at least one bus left this morning going to Rio Gallegos, although unknown on how long it is going to take. Okay so this mornings buses have again not been able to leave either to go to Rio Gallegos which is a bus which just has to pass through Chile, or the buses which would go Punta Arenas or Natales. Some of the guys here spoke to the tourist office and have been told they will have more info tomorrow....
