Have you tried a virtual one? MACH or the one from Santander (can't remember the name). Supposedly instant with no need to go to a bank to open account

RE testing and my former comments, then today a reporter actually asked repeatedly about why the total test numbers are so low. According to the subsecretary, then it is because less people with symptoms are requiring testing - Especially in RM. No delays or backlog, no lack of test equipment, etc. ...

Today I heard the press conference. The subsecretary requested urgently that people with symptoms do the test and gave that as a cause for the much lower amount of tests realized the last few days. To me, that sounds doubtful. 2 weeks ago Universidad de Chile said that test results are 14 days delay...

they are adding 31K cases to total tomorrow, bringing Chile in to the top 10 worldwide. By far the smallest population in the top 10 (and top 20). Sounds like they will be doing a more complete briefing on Friday where I guess they will share their view on real number of deaths by COVID. Lets see if...
