The only problem with basic income is that many people do not take the risk and the basic income becomes their only income. As this is insufficient, they ask for/demand more.

No one will give you a refund without first receiving the item. You must have initially trusted the seller. You sent money first, then waited for the item.

For FBAR purposes, you're supposed to report every account over which you have ownership of or signature authority that exceeds $10K anytime during the year. This has no effect on taxation. I don't know what the IRS thinks about AFP's. That's a question for a tax pro.

FBRA's must be filed on line with FinCEN, the Financial Crimes Reporting Network. Sounds ominous but most filers, late or not, breathe the clean air of freedom. You may not be able to file early years. There are a few programs in place to bring yourself into compliance with very little or no penalti...

Gold pays no dividend. You have to pay to keep it safe.
Unless you’re an active trader, willing to risk thousands for a quick gain of a few dollars, stay away.
If you are fascinated with the element, buy a necklace or ring of 18 or 22 carat gold and enjoy it every day.
