i have many friends been profesionals in the public system (at least 4). all of them by blind selection and no one wins 350 or 400,000. they won good money, with little stress, that joke was made probably by a non profesional idiots jelous cause they think that stay in a chear by 20 years constitute...

i dont think chile want to be a developed nation. developed nations are broke right now. chile have almost 0% of public debt. we just need to improve in sciences and that all. and believe me that in 20 or 30 years things will change a lot. in chinese case is the same just bigger and less westernized...

well there are different chilean by classes. but i really think most of chileans respect a lot the japanese. not the flaite ignorants. but from the middle to high classes they respect japanese as much as any white, or more. in the chinese case, they are very close in theire comunity so they tend to ...
