Re: WARNING: Department of Immigration online web site

The sheriff in my state didn't even require fingerprints. Don't forget to have it apostilled by the state before going back to Chile! So today I went to my "local police" here in the US for the fingerprint scan as part of a background check. For the state of Missouri (where I am from and where I'm ...

Re: Criminal Records 2021

Hi Everyone! Does anyone have experience or new info on criminal records for permanent residency? Now the application is online, and they are asking for this document, apostilled. It seems so strange that the embassy cannot do this for US immigrants here. I would appreciate any leads or advice. Tha...

Re: Criminal Records 2021

Ok nothing has changed. Got it. Any advice on getting that document from the US while living in Chile, in the middle of a pandemic? Everything takes so much longer now, it's insane.
Thanks!

Ok I get it. Thanks a lot for the info, it’s always good to know early on. I have to look for alternatives now, or rethink the whole process at least.
Stay healthy.
