From my experience XE has always been the closest for most currencies. Volumes must be very small on a lot of the platforms because these seems like an arbers dream to me.

I don't have any experience negotiating rental agreements in South America, in Sweden and the UK they usually do not want to negotiate but given the state of Chile at the moment it seems likely I would be able to haggle a bit on rental prices set before the protests or ...

Without having any numbers I'd make a not so bold statement that FDI is in for a huge drop, not just in the short term. I wouldnt place any long term bets on the CLP.
