I started to make Kimchi at home since I moved to Chile because I was not happy with Kimchi in Patronato. It is too expensive and very salty for my taste. You can find all ingredients in La Vega and Patronato, usually in winter.

Thank you all for sharing your stories and the suggestions. We always check their credit scores, but increasing the deposit was not very succesful so far. Checking with old landlords seems to be a really good idea and I will do this next time. I am not sure if the insurance is worth it, but I am goi...
