Higher quality ceiling fans?

We've moved to La Serena and are trying to find ceiling fans. We bought one Westinghouse one from Sodimac, but it's motor has an annoying hum. Looking around we haven't found anywhere to buy a higher quality ceiling fan that would be quieter. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to find some 220V...
