The deplyment of the Army has been very smart, they concentrate in places where is easy to control people, doesnt involving in dangerous areas, I have heard that they dont carry real anmunition, not even rubber bullets, just noise. Its a sort of mise in scente to show the Army controlling the situat...

Hi eeuunieyexpat, big problem with so many inmigrants here in Chile, specially those who are criminals and those who came to live from government welfare- Productive inmigrattion is great, even neutral, but criminals or parasites... mmm

Probably the book is "Historia Secreta de Chile" from Jorge Baradit, who is a Chilean author, very controversial and best seller in Chile.
