Thank you guys for all the info. I went to willmyphonework.net but since I'm not a techy, to me it looks clear as mud. My cell is unblocked and dual ( is it the same thing?) Samsung J5 (2016) yeah.....I know.... I have Whatsapp, Skype and FB messenger so if it works I'll be golden or going to plan ...

Perhaps this is crazy...but couldnt one just cash the value vista at the bank that it was drawn against? Sure stil have to be here physically and then deal with western unioning the money to the US. Or converting it to US currency and declaring it at the airport with the inheritance documentation I...
