Have spent some time on the internet looking for info on Chile, problem as always is that there is a wealth of information out there, but even more links to pointless sites, the kind that promise all kinds of information for expats and have none. It is amazing to have discovered AllChile, somewhere that has valuable content and is current, so thanks for setting it up
I have just posted a new topic on the Living in Chile forum, asking for info about the cost of living in Santiago, so if anyone can help please do post there ... made a typo in the subject line, not the most auspicious start, but I'm going to blame it on the humidity effecting the keyboard ... and my poor eyesight.
I must be pretty much half way round the world from Chile now, in Thailand, as there is an 11 hour time difference.
