I am not sure where you are trying to change the name?

Is it an existing album that is name "new album" like it was created without a name, and you want to change it? Or, is a new album all together that you want to add?

I see now.

Here is your answer in a short tutorial form for everyone:

First create a photo album:
1. start with the "Create / order my albums" tab

2. Click "new". It creates a generic "new album" in the list.

3. You select that, and in the blank at the bottom you change the name.

4. Click "apply modifications" at the bottom under that.

I believe this is where you are having the problem.

Second Upload photos:

1. Then to upload photos to that album, you need to go to the very top menu. and look for "upload file". It is kind of strange that button is not next to the album modifiers and such in the system.

2. use the the browse buttons to select the photos on your computer. I currently have this limited to about 6 photos at once to keep thing from going out of control. I might add more later.

Ok, I completely admit that I'm a computer illiterate. But that doesn't preclude me from taking nice photos! I am attempting to put them in the photo gallery, but am unable to navigate... the first thing to do is 'select album'? But where?What album? I can't name it till I select it, but I can't find it to select it! And then how do I select it? I saw somewhere on the forum mixed in with something else a step-by-step guide for El Puelche to load his pix, but now I can't find it. Can someone please write a how-to for dummies for this photo gallery, and can it be somewhere on it's own that makes sense? aaauuuuggggghhhhh!!!!!

mate this is my way of sayin thanks for the amazing stories..

first you gotta set up an album
1. Click on "All Chile Photo Gallery" (near the top of this page)
2. Click on "Create/Order my Album" button
3.Click on "NEW"
4.Name the Album
5.Click on "Apply Modifications"

Now ur ready to upload
1.Click "Upload File" (near the top)
2.then click on the 'browse' buttons
3.Choose your pics from your computer. or add pictures from URL's
4. click on the continue button (this will upload ur pics - may take a while depending on the size of the pics and the connection speed)
5.once u get a message saying "X uploads were successful" click continue
6.now choose an album (u set this up already)
7. add a title to ur picture
8.click on the continue button
9.u should get this message "The previous file was placed successfully. You have successfully placed all the files."
10.Click continue and ur done

To view ur pic/album
1. click on 'user galleries' (about middle of the page to the left)
2. user galleries page will have everyones pics on it.. towards the bottom u will see the latest additions.. ur pic should be there..
3. You can also click on "My Galleries" at the top of the page
4. u can edit it delete it.. anything from here in..
