I checked out this site, have no idea how impartial they are. They rate skybox pretty well but also rate lots of other companies. If no one has personl l experience this is at least a place to start.

Hi!
If you have family up in the States who can receive your package and mail it to you, I'd say that's the safest way. UPS, FedEx or even regular mail may work just fine.
But you did raise another point that hasn't been addressed: customs.
No company will (legally) avoid customs for your. So be careful with what you order, since if it goes over a certain limit price-wise, you'll have to pay, and depending on the nature of the item it may get held up on the customs warehouse where you'll have to pick it up.
