I do not understand it, but it generated a lot of giggles from my Chilean polola, who sent the URL to her friends and family.

I knew/know what a "flaite" is, but Pamela said the humour of the page is that the words/links on the page are spelt in a way which reflects a flaite's inability to speak proper Chilean spanish or their decision not to do so.
