Absolutely nothing! But, I once saw Romney dining at the Pavilion. :)

If he was drinking milk at the time, I think it was him. Oops! I think I have a subjunctive problem with that sentence.

No corporations are not people. People can be arrested, charged, executed, fined, or otherwise sanctioned by society for behaving badly. They are not blameworthy, and thus they are not punishable.

If there was any hope that corporations could be kept in Check, there would be the possibility of cancelling a corporations charter for engaging in illegal or immoral behaviour; but, that is nearly impossible given the nature of codified corruption (campaign contributions) and multinational corporations (above any countries laws to the point they are sudo-countries).

No. Corporations are not people, but they are legal entities and they do have more rights than people. History of the Corporation by Bruce Brown is a fascinating look at the history of and the rationale behind a corporation. Has a lot to do with avoiding personal responsibility and lessening liability for criminal behaviour.
