Another post to help a friend.....she has a gorgeous house in Coliumo, about 40 km north of Concepcion Due to her current life circumstances she needs to sell the house. I'll post some pictures soon.

Importantly, she needs an English speaking realtor with high end clients. She speaks English and German, but very little Spanish. The purchase price will probably be in the realm of 120.000.000 to 150.000.000 CLP. Obviously, she would also like to find a buyer. It could be a big fat commision for the right realtor. Any contacts would be much appreciated, and strategies for selling a house like that.
