I'm looking for a free lance programmer & web site designer. Must be fluent in English and experienced. I'm willing to pay to have some work done. Project involves building a website & corresponding smart phone app from scratch. Some code will probably have to be written, but most should already exist. I prefer if you are 100% free lance and have time to dedicate/work on my project. But will consider all. Please respond or PM me with your email address if your qualified and interested.
