Come to southern Chile and avoid the speculation. See for yourself what we are talking about. Making assumptions from 15,000 km away is no way to get to know this country, whether it's construction or dog-shit or noise or filthy air.
yea, first rule of Chile is do not assume anything. Thus, why American companies from star bucks and wall mart to major power companies, all get their rears handed to them in Chile. They assume they know how to do business in Chile because they know how to do business in the rest of Latin America and the World.
