Completely furnished, modern, well designed, splendid apartment for 4 people, right in the heart of Las Condes' best neighborhood, on the top floor of a 20 story building. The building is from 2009.

I'm currently living in the flat, but I will be gone for a big trip soon. My main concern is to have the apartment housed and well taken care of while I am away. I will need a clean and responsible tenant.

MAIN AMENITIES:
880 square ft apartment with everything you need (just bring your clothes!).
One master bedroom with king size bed, 19' wall mounted LCD and closet.
One bedroom with 2 twin beds, desk and closet.
Two bathrooms: 1 en suite in master bedroom and another one in front of the second bedroom.
One living and dining room with seating for 6 people, 32' HD LCD, DVD player, stereo and a nice bar.
One large separate kitchen with laundry.
One large terrace overlooking Santiago and the mountains.
Floating wood floor throughout.
One secure parking space underground.

NO EXTRA FEES REQUIRED. UTILITIES/COSTS INCLUDED:
Local calls.
Wireless internet.
Cable TV (with many English channels!).
Building expenses (garbage, concierge, maintenance, etc).
Water, gas and electricity.
Housekeeping service once a week.

Monthly rent: Ch$1,000,000 (US$2,000).
6 months minimum lease.
1 month payment in advance for reservation and security deposit.
Special discount for 6 or 12 months lease paid in advance.

I live in the building next door, i didnt know your one had gold floors......

Now you know it...the flat was sold with the rooms carpeted, but I put floating floor as the rest of the flat.

I wonder how many members of the forum live in the same buildings, go to the same cafe's, and so on, but have never spoken in person.

Well I lived in the same street (corner of La Gloria and Los Militares) a few years back

Fairly good area for an expat to get started in, clean, safe, close to a metro stop, supermarkets and greengrocers in walking distance, La Gloria itself is relatively quiet, and close to Parque Arauco.

BTW, a minor point, piso flotante is wood laminate floor, much better as you really don't want carpet in this area with the soot deposits from the smog.

I have wondered this myself. What really gets me thinking is how many times a day do I actually walk past an expat. My work is approx 80% expats, and I know none of them are on this forum. Just imagine how many more are out there.

I would really appreciate if you guys that know expats here in Santiago or know others that will get here soon, tell them about my apartment available for rent. I will be glad to show it to whom is interested.
