You missed my implication. Here I am being ambiguous, while making a (bad) joke about ambiguity. Perdón.

What those ten sources will give you are "FRNs"*, not "USD". FRNs, according to some, are "legal tender" but contrary to the US constitutionl.

I am more practical and will use FRNs, AUs, AGs, CLPs, coconuts or anything else, as long as others accept them.

*"FRN" = Federal Reserve Note, printed by a privately-owned organisation, the Federal Reserve.


Mea culpa. They are called USD here, and since nobody yet makes the distinction here, I trade them for the coin of the realm, and an occasional Austral.

The currency may be metaphor, but the beer appears to be real.
