Gaston Acurio (owner of La Mar, Tanta and Astrid y Gaston) is opening a Chinese restaurant called Madame Tusan in Parque Arauco around 28 September 2011. I have no idea why his group is attempting Chinese food but if the quality of the cooking is as high as at La Mar and Astrid y Gaston, then it may be worth trying out. I have not eaten Chinese food in Santiago because I just know it's going to suck. So I'm looking forward to trying Madame Tusan.
