Get a cow there is a new Swiss bred milk cow that is about a 1.2m at the shoulder and produces about 6-8 litres a day. Milk cows for 200 years have been bred to crank out 25-30 lt a day some much more. These guys said wait a family only needs 4-6 litre a day and don’t need a big honking cow, so modern breeding and you have a mini cow, oh they cost about $35000 each.
Yes, at Pueblito Ingles (on the roundabout near CLinica Alemana) is a gluten free shop and Organisk has quite a few dairy and gluten free products. Jumbo has gluten free biscuits/cookies/bread and so forth, but not a massive selection.wareboys wrote:Is one able to find gluten and dairy free alternatives in stores?
