I always buy soy milk in the Lider in Metro Los Leones. The soy milk I have been able to find is Ades brand and is always found in the juice section. (I have no idea why.)

However, when I went to stock up on some yesterday I found they did some rearranging and I couldn't find it. I am hoping that they were just out, but if you are looking for soy milk I'd give some of the larger Lider stores or Hiper Lider stores a try.

Soy is an ingredient in Ades' "Natural" juice. It has about half the protein as plain soy milk. I found soy powder in a tiny organic shop (almond too) that one mixes with water to get a liter of milk. I once found soy powder mixed with chocolate flavor at the Totus next to Mall Arauco. The trick is to look for the whey/protein powders in the markets.
We agree to disagree.

I've seen a lot of the powers that you can buy online and in stores. How do they taste? I'm not too excited about the powder stuff, it sounds pretty gross.
