colonias para los de afuera

It was a ccouple of years ago that it all ended but there was a german group that was in CHile led by a german guy, Paul Schiffer,>>>he is another story really but back to the point>>>>he organized a "little germany" called colonia dignidad , which was maybe 2000 acres(nmaybe bigger...I don't remember...any way there were germans that were in chile and joined and then others that came over and went in to never come out...they had kids, had thier own supermarkets, schools, doctors and dressed in german clothes...there were children that were chilean born and spoke no spanish

Chile has a long history of foriegners coming in like this...a lead or advance comes in and then others follow.....I think schiffer had nazi ties although he was not old enough to have been that involved, so sometimes they could have some type of government ties...who knows...right now there is a german near panguipulli that has 5000 or so hectars and is a little spooky with what he is up too, but who realy knows.
In La Serena, in the north there are a ton of italians that were colonized after ww2 to farm and a ton of yugoslavs and Arabs(lots of stores like "media luna" in la serena) they have all been there for a long time.

Chile has a long history with israel and especialy recently(last 45 years) and so the israelis have alot of experience with CHile and most likely guidance from within as well as both governments as little nations in the shadows have traded alot of favors back and forth...(Chile has the largest palestinian population outside of palestine in the world) maybe ...maybe not ...it all gets spooooooky at this point thinking about it....tell your boyfriend to stay out of the way of the bulllets...

THat is the thing about CHile..anything can happen at any time and it will....

ciao, el puelche

This is getting good!

Now that you broached the subject, "el puelche" could you elaborate on the Nazi's in Chile?

Lots of strange rumors of course that U-boats made it to places like Patagonia and Antartica and set up hidden bases and refuges (maybe with some UFO-like advanced technology) at the end of the war.

Then of course you have the Schaffer character to the present day skinheads now responsible for recent acts of violence in Santiago and Viña.

chilco,

It is a well known fact that Israel utilizes young Israeli backpackers (just out of military service, supposedly just innocently doing their world travel rite of passage) for intelligence gathering. If Patagonia is of interest to them, that would be notable. Not unusual though to encounter groups of Israeli backpackers on the SA backpacker circuit (read the TT forums for verification) and I can easily see how overly suspicious chilenos (who at times tend to xenophobia and light racism IME) might read more into this than what is reality.

I'm sure the Israeli government cooperates behind the scenes with many similar-like small countries even if they tend to be slightly anti-Semitic like Chile. Who knows what kind of technical aid besides "irrigation techniques" was exchanged during the military dictatorship years? Remember when Brazil and Argentina were once feared to be developing nukes? Not many people know to this day Chile has a "research only" nuclear "program".

OK, now I forgot what the topic was supposed to be about...

So do the Mormons. Pick your devil.

As for Argentina and nukes, there was some substance to that.

chupacabras--Venzuela publicly debunked them. They found that the remains were dried-up dogs, and so forth.

UFOs are always a great topic, though.

Then of course you have the Schaffer character to the present day skinheads now responsible for recent acts of violence in Santiago and Viña.

You aren't helping to promote immigration very much.

Israeli agents?

Postby tombrad2 on Tue Mar 06, 2007 12:59 am

I doubt that there are israeli "spies" working in Chile, if so this may be the most boring destination in the world!, but the chilean army has israeli made rockets and it is very, very probable that some technicians from this country has been working here trainning people or such, this may be the origin of "israeli agents" story

Here in north, near Arica some travelers said that thwy saw some DINOSAURIUS crossing the road, the new was widespread by media a couple of years ago... one professor from Universidad de Tarapaca allegdlegly build a gate for other dimension (I forgot his name but he is surnamed Ossandon)

so what do you think?

I don't know what to think. Very weird... if it's real.
Is there any radio station that carries "Coast to Coast AM" in Chile?
Or do you listen online?

I can see the result: Insurance agent talking to a home owner, " So Sr. Ramirez you say your house was destroyed by DINOSAURS?" :D

Chupacabra legend

Postby Laura55llc on Sat Sep 01, 2007 9:46 pm

In Texas too-saw this online at MSN. Not long ago, I'd have no idea chupacabra means goatsucker!

CUERO, Texas - Phylis Canion lived in Africa for four years. She’s been a hunter all her life and has the mounted heads of a zebra and other exotic animals in her house to prove it.

But the roadkill she found last month outside her ranch was a new one even for her, worth putting in a freezer hidden from curious onlookers: Canion believes she may have the head of the mythical, bloodsucking chupacabra.

Canion and some of her neighbors discovered the 40-pound (18-kilogram) bodies of three of the animals over four days in July outside her ranch in Cuero, 80 miles (128 kilometers) southeast of San Antonio. Canion said she saved the head of the one she found so she can get to get to the bottom of its ancestry through DNA testing and then mount it for posterity.

She suspects, as have many rural denizens over the years, that a chupacabra may have killed as many as 26 of her chickens in the past couple of years.

“I’ve seen a lot of nasty stuff. I’ve never seen anything like this,” she said.

What tipped Canion to the possibility that this was no ugly coyote, but perhaps the vampirelike beast, is that the chickens weren’t eaten or carried off — all the blood was drained from them, she said.

We have reason to believe our dog Max was bitten by a Chupacabra, or has become possessed by an alien. See the evidence here:

Be afraid! Be very afraid!
