We decided to move further north and therefore through our parcela on the market.
The land (5100m²) is just 800m from the Ruta 68, on Camino Lo Orozco, 2km from Lo Vasquez, 8km from Casablanca, 30km from Valparaíso and Viña and 75km from Santiago.







There is a 15m deep well, pump, separate 2500L tank with pump and lots of taps all over the parcela.
The cabañas are connected to a 2500L septic tank.
Both cabañas are of 36m² with a 18m² veranda, fully fitted kitchen, bics in each bedroom, alarm and sat dish on both houses.
The houses have p/p from the municipality in Casablanca!
Both are new and we were only living in one of them for 4 month.
The 3rd cabaña (18m²) needs to be finnished in the bathroom and needs a septic tank.
There is also a 40" container in one corner to store tools and material.
