I lived here once before, and this time, I brought two packing boxes of spices........yes I know, what I gain in variety and convenience, I will loose in freshness. It only took one month for my goods to arrive from Canada. It will be a treat now to treat my friends to my wifes German cooking.

Allspice and mace both spied today in Coquinaria, along with Has de Ranout en Polvo, which smelled divine (many aromatics, plus rose petals) but I've never seen before. Garam Masala as well.
